No commission is earned or owed if a transaction does not close. No retainer, engagement fee, or upfront payment is required to receive an introductory consultation.

Specific commission rates, payment terms, and engagement scope are governed by the written brokerage agreement executed between Quality Roots and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed brokerage agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Quality Roots makes no guarantee that an introduction will result in a completed transaction, that any specific volume of trade will be achieved, or that market conditions described on this site will remain accurate at the time of any engagement. Market access, regulatory approvals, buyer demand, and logistics are subject to conditions outside our control.
