What information should I include in my inquiry?

How quickly does Quality Roots respond?
Within 2 business days. We do not use automated response systems. Every reply comes from Alphonso or Stephen directly, and will reference the specifics of what you wrote.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review your inquiry and send you a short brief matched to your corridor — cocoa sourcing, spirits procurement, or Liberia market entry for producers. If there is a fit, we suggest a 30-minute intake call. No contract is signed and no fee applies until a transaction is being actively brokered.
Is there any cost to inquire or explore the relationship?
No. Quality Roots earns a brokerage commission only when a deal closes. The standard range is 5 to 8 percent of the FOB transaction value, agreed in writing before any contract is executed. Inquiry, intake, and scoping are all cost-free.
What if I am on both sides of the corridor, or unsure which fits?
